2007年12月27日我公司获得安徽省商务厅批准在越南进行境外投资，于2008年6月9日在越南正式设立生产贸易型企业（全资子公司）——中国独资：越南世纪缘机械设备一成员有限公司。
公司主要业务是：
1、主要出口业务：我公司主要供应各类机械设备（含矿山机械、压力机械、内燃动力机械、竹、木加工机械及冶金、钢铁、电力设备）和生产用各种原、辅材料。
2、主要进口业务：进口越南的煤炭、铁矿、咖啡、橡胶。
3、委托代理业务：为委托企业代理进出口业务。

The company introduction
Maanshan B.Succeed Import Export Commercial Co., LTD is located in Maanshan which is a famous steel and iron city in the downstream of Yangtze River. It adjoins Nanjing, the capital of Jiangsu Province. So it has obvious region superiority and a convenient traffic.
The company is equipped with the purchase supply department, the import export banking department and the finance department. Management scope: The self-management and agent of variety kinds of commodity and technology import export business (enterprise manages that defined by the country or embargo on import export commodity and technical are exclusion).
On 27th December, 2007, our company is approved to invest in Vietnam by the commerce department of Anhui province. And then we set up Vietnam Shiji Yuan Machinery Equipment One Member Co.,Ltd. This company is a production and trade enterprise with 100% Chinese investment.
The primary service is:
1. Main export business: our main export business is to provide all kinds of mechanical device (including mining machinery, pressure machinery, internal combustion power generator, bamboo, wooden processing machinery and metallurgy, steel and iron, power equipment) and variety kind original and auxiliary material for production.
2. Main import service: coal, iron ore, coffee and rubber from Vietnam;
3. Principal-agent service: to act import export business for the commission enterprise
In line with the service purpose “prepares the answer for each customer”, and “the abstention bullies” of “Anhui merchants” idea, we are willing to cooperate sincerely with friends from all circles, and contributes to the society.
